| saw arecent interview with the Vanderbilt
women’s basketball coach, and she was asked
about how hard it is to coach in the current
landscape of NIL. She said that “the world is
changing, and you have to have a passion for it
(coaching). And control what you can control.”
This really stood out to me. If y’all have been
following the headlines lately, you Know that
2024 brought some big changes to the real
estate world, and forced REALTORS to adapt
to changes that are out of our control. Albert
Einstein famously said, “In the middle of
difficulty lies opportunity.”
So, did explaining how we get paid, in advance
of showings, really stagnate the real estate
business as expected? No. It gave us the
opportunity to highlight our experience, our
qualifications, and maybe most importantly,
share our passions.
Most of y’all Know me well. My passion isn’t
wallpaper, fancy tile work, and it certainly
isn’t landscaping. My passion is the
American Dream. | want to help people build
