Friends! As you have all heard, the real estate market has gone crazy! Historically low inventory levels (very few homes for sale) are preventing families from relocating to Winston-Salem. Some sellers have become overwhelmed with the number of showings when their houses do hit the open market. How do we match buyers and sellers without the stress that tons of showings cause the seller and the anxiety that multiple offers cause the buyer? Let’s find homes which are not on the market but the sellers want to sell!
The bottom line is that our city WILL NOT GROW if relocating buyers don’t have a place to go.
Please HELP ME find homes for these relocating buyers.
Some specific homes that I am looking for include:
- Newer or updated home in Clemmons, Advance, Lewisville or Winston-Salem up to about $550,000. It can be smaller, but needs to be in great shape. Salem Glen, Century Oaks, Oak Valley, Meadowlark Glen are just some ideas.
- One level new or newer home up to $350,000 in Clemmons or Davie County – St. Andrews @ Oak Valley, Lake Louise, and Glen View Village at Salem Glen are some ideas.
- Smaller, more traditional home with a main level primary bedroom and main level garage. One level home with a bonus room would be great. Anywhere from Winston-Salem to Davie County.
- Larger home in Buena Vista, or the potential to add on to make a 5+ bedroom home. The budget is on the higher end, under $2,000,000 – as long as the price matches the quality or opportunity and location.
