Home buyers will be looking for value in new construction, value in location, value from their real estate broker and lender partner.
Home sellers will be looking for the value in moving, as well as value from their real estate partner, and value from their mover.
Consumers know that prices across the board have increased; for eggs, bread, milk, houses and cars- to name a few. Consumer confidence is key when making purchasing decisions. Consumer confidence will increase when we see the VALUE in our purchases.
Whether inherent or perceived, VALUE is the KEY word affecting purchasing decisions in 2023.
